The Communications Systems department at EURECOM, Sophia Antipolis, France, invites applications for two full time tenured faculty positions. Both junior and more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. In order to complement our current activities, we seek candidates already pursuing research in the all areas of advanced communication systems and future networks including both electrical engineering and computer science profiles. EURECOM’s Communication System Department invites applications for multiple full-time, 18-month research engineering positions (M/F) to work on a 5G NR D2D/V2X on the Open5G Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform OpenAirInterface.
The selected candidates will conduct fundamental, independent research in the area of goal-oriented semantic communication, covering various aspects and approaches, ranging from information theory to machine learning. The position is funded by the National Acceleration Strategy PEPR project (eligibility restrictions may apply).
