Since February 2010, Miriam Redi is a Ph.D. student at EURECOM in the Multimedia Communication Department under the supervision of Professor Bernard Merialdo.
She is currently working in the field of multimedia indexing and annotation for travel services, within a research project in collaboration with Amadeus.
Miriam received her Master's Degree in Media Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in February 2010, with a thesis in the image forensics field. The final project was developed under the supervision of BS Manjunath and Gabriella Olmo, with a research internship at the Vision Research Lab (University of California Santa Barbara) focused on tampering localization in digital images.
In 2008 she spent six months with the ERASMUS scholarship programme in the Telecommunication Department of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
