Nguyen Ngoc Duy was born in Vung Tau (Viet Nam) in 1986. He started his studies in Telecommunications at HoChiMinh City University of Technology (PFIEV Program) in 2004. After finishing his final thesis at the Department of Signal and Communications of Télécom Bretagne, France, he received his Bachelor of Science in July 2009.
From October 2009, he continued with a Master Degree in Signal Processing at Télécom Bretagne. During this time, he also worked as an intern at Orange Labs, France Telecom R&D in Rennes. His master thesis concerned with the e-MBMS service in 3GPP/LTE network.
In November 2010, he joined EURECOM as a PhD student in Mobile Communications Department under the supervision of Professor Christian Bonnet. His research interests include Quality Control in Broadcast/Multicast Service and Video Transmission in 4G Network.
