Mohammad Irfan Khan is currently a Doctoral researcher in the Communication Systems department of EURECOM in Sophia-Antipolis, under the supervision of Professor Jerome Haerri. The topics of his current research include: Vehicle to Vehicle ITS-G5 Communication, Congestion and Awareness Control in VANETS, High Precision Cooperative Localization and Communication for Autonomous Driving.
He received his Diplôme d'Ingénieur degree in Telecommunications from INSA de Lyon in 2013, with a year of Erasmus Exchange Programme at EPFL, Switzerland
His Projet de fin d'études (Master's Thesis) was on the topic of "Safety. Information Dissemination in Vehicular Networks" which was carried out at INRIA CITI Laboratory of INSA de Lyon.
During his Engineering studies, he did internships at Alcatel-Lucent in Belgium and PSA-Peugeot Citron in UK.
Between 2013 and 2015, he worked as a research Engineer at INRIA-Nancy on a French project called Metroscope.
