Founded by researchers from Inria, Oxford, and M.I.T, LTU technologies is the first company that has successfully deployed large scale image search and recognition solutions across multiple verticals. Recently it developed image recognition applications on monile devices for various kind of applications : art work recognition, cloth retailing, movie poster recognition... These applications made image recognition accessible to a large audience. In this presentation the general workflow of these applications will be illustrated as well as the specific constraints LTU Technologies has to face when industrializing research algorithms and the future of this kind of applications. Some sample iPhone applications will also be demonstrated.
