Betrayed by the Android user interface: why a trusted UI matters

In the latest years, the Android platform went through a lot of changes and security enhancements. Most of these improvements relate to low-level mechanisms and current devices are significantly more difficult to compromise than ever before. This talk will show, however, that without a "trusted UI" many of these mechanisms can be bypassed. In particular, we will cover two main UI-related open problems, clickjacking and phishing, and we will discuss possible solutions.
