Abstract--Security and privacy are two of the most important aspects driving the consumer adoption of the Internet of Things (IoT) based products. In our previous works, we have introduced a data-driven IoT architecture known as DataTweet. This paper
examines how to secure DataTweet IoT architecture elements. The contribution of the paper is in - (i) introducing a security framework into DataTweet IoT architecture and (ii) protect IoT data and thing metadata to preserve consumer privacy.
