The growing number of EURECOM’s research contracts reflects the importance of these agreements for the school.
Facts & figures
Contracts can be classed in several categories :
- Cooperative agreements by which EURECOM can work in cooperation with an industrial on a common research project
- Research agreements when an industrial commissions EURECOM to carry out a study on a specific research topic (durations can vary from several months to several years)
- Supervisory agreements for doctorate students (including when they are employed by an industrial within the framework of a Cifre Convention)
- RNRT-type projects or European projects in which EURECOM participates along with other academic organizations and industrials on research topics funded partly by the French Governement or the European Union
