In this talk I will present a very brief Résumé of my 10-year experiences in Semantic Web and (the now more fashionable) Linked Data technology and applications, including involvement in the Nepomuk (Social Semantic Desktop) project, Semantic Email technology for semantic, cross-desktop e-mail communication, the extension of the Semantic Desktop into a Semantic 'Personal Information Sphere' (digital.me project) and other related topics. An overview of current initiatives and future research directions will also be provided.
