In Chapter 1 we mentioned some technologies behind Knowledge Graphs (RDF), and the query languages available for accessing their data (SPARQL). These languages use graph-based patterns to specify the criteria under which we want to query the data. Usually, these queries are manually written, tested through trial and error, and incrementally refined and improved until the users gets exactly what is needed.
