Methods for transmitting downlink control information in a cellular communications network utilising an OFDM transmission format in which a DCI message is transmitted from the base station, the DCI message containing at least one additional field that dynamically allocates a number n of repetitions to be applied to a transport block to be transmitted by a UE operating in the network. The additional field may be in the TDRA or a parameter of the DCI message.
