This presentation mainly gives a brief introduction to my Ph.D. thesis proposal. With the explosion of the web video sharing service, thousands and millions of videos appear on the internet. However, the traditional video analysis techniques show a shortcoming on deal with those web-scale videos. In this presentation, after given an introduction to those learning-based video analysis techniques, a framework to deal with those web-scale video will be proposed. Some intermediate results will also be shown in the end of the presentation.
