In this paper we discuss the mechanisms that have been used to deal with the dynamic nature of data in the Cyber-Net project. The purpose of this project is to study how three-dimensional (3D) metaphoric visualization may help the user in the process of monitoring large amounts of dynamic information. We present the dynamic data model and the visualization model and then focus on the problem is not aware of the modifications before they happen.
