Tien-Thinh NGUYEN graduated in Computer Engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Vietnam in June 2006.
From 2008 to 2010, he continued his study at the Francophone Institute for Computer Science in Vietnam (IFI) for the Master of "System and Networks". From March to September 2010, he joined EURECOM for his master internship, on the Radio Resource Control (RRC) protocol of the 3GPP standard in the context of the fourth generation mobile telecommunications (LTE).
In January 2011, he started his PhD at EURECOM, in the Mobile Communications Department, under the supervision of Prof. Christian Bonnet, registered at Telecom ParisTech. His research activities mainly focus on multicast mobility.
