Certi ed in MBTI, DiSC, Leadership Work Styles, Leadership Impact and Spiral Dynamics psychometric assessments. He has also an accredited facilitator coach for the team alchemy system. Andrew is also a professional engineer and project manager.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 2009 Andrew is working mainly with the European Institutions and agencies helping with organisation development, team coaching, facilitating and leadership training. He also works with large multinational corporations to develop and implement innovation and continuous improvement strategies. Before 2004, Andrew worked for over 13 years in large global corporations in the telecoms industry. He held leadership roles in engineering, marketing and programme management for multi- million euro projects in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Russia.

INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS Effectively a mini-MBA, this
course provides participants with the basics of practical management, and a good understanding of business principles and the main business functions including: strategy, nance, operations, and marketing, all designed to give participants an edge in both their job search and professional working environment.
BUSINESS SIMULATION participant teams each manage a company in a complex (700 parameter) and ever changing international competitive world. This is no computer ‘game’ but a serious and very valuable learning environment developing personal and business knowledge in an highly participative, learning-by-doing environment. And, it’s great fun!
