Systems and embedded systems security

Post-Doctoral position M/F (Ref: SN/AF/secsys/PostDoc/022023)

The post-doctoral candidate will perform research in systems security, participating in the research conducted at EURECOM in the software and systems security group. In particular, candidates should have strong systems skills, and have experience and interest in working in embedded systems security and one or more of the following topics:

  • 5G network security
  • Dynamic taint tracking
  • Practical aspects of Side channels
  • Firmware analysis and rehosting
  • Software testing, such as Fuzzing and dynamic symbolic execution
  • Wireless security
  • Open-source hardware security

Candidates should have a Ph.D. (or defend soon) and present a research track record (published papers or papers under submission). The candidate will participate in the research, collaborate on advising Ph.D. students, and help in managing research projects. Participation in teaching is possible but optional.
