May 17, 2009 Sunday --- Paintball Game!

Today, I go to play paintball with some Eurecom PhD students: Simon, Antony and Marco. Finally, about 20 guys are gathered together for the term game. Paintball is a sport that simulates military combat, in which players on one team try to eliminate players on the opposing team by hitting them with pellets containing paint (referred to as a "paintball"). It's quite popular in America and Europe.

We leave our flat at about 9:00am, pass by Antibes, Cannes by car, and finally arrive at Frejus at 9:35am. Frejus locates in the Var Department, in which lots of mountains covered with the original forests can be seen in both two sides along the way. The game starts from 10:30am, lasting for about five hours, and ends at about 3:30pm. Of course, there are several rounds in this period.

Some pics to share!
