I'm Konstantinos Alexandris, born in Athens, Greece. Currently, I am working as a Research engineer with Huawei Technologies, Munich GRC targetting to the development of the next generation network algorithms, protocols and architecture towards Future Internet.

Previously, I have been working as a Telecom R&D engineer at the Communication Systems Department, EURECOM in the field of 5G mobile communication networks and beyond with an emphasis on emerging 5G mobile services related to network abstraction and control. Specifically, I was involved in several collaborative research projects in the context of H2020/FP7 framework programmes including project management activities, I participated in the Mosaic-5G initiative that aims to provide a software-based 4G/5G service delivery platform and I contributed to the development of OpenAirInterface 5G platform features.

I received my Ph.D. from Télécom ParisTech (EURECOM), under the supervision of Prof. Navid Nikaein. I obtained my M.Sc. (2-year program) in Electronic & Computer Engineering with grade "Excellent" (9.5/10) as well as my Dipl.-Ing. (5-year program) in Electronic & Computer Engineering with grade "Excellent" (8.87/10-top of class) from Technical University of Crete (TUC), under the supervision of Prof. Aggelos Bletsas.

During my PhD studies, I worked as a research assistant at the Communication Systems Department, EURECOM. In parallel with my M.Sc. studies, I joined Telecommunications Circuits Laboratory (TCL) in École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) as a research assistant under the supervision of Prof. Andreas Burg to enrich my experiences working abroad. After the completion of my diploma, I collaborated in parallel as a research assistant with the Telecommunication Laboratory (Telecom Lab) at TUC.
