As futur access methods to the Internet will soon almost always involve a wireless link, mobile communications are a vibrant and fast growing area for research and industrial development. The Mobile Communication track allow you to develop a comprehensive and multidisciplinary expertise at the crossroads between communications, statistical information processing and networking. The student is free to emphasize over a number of various topics including the physical layer (signal and information processing, statistical algorithms, information theory, radio engineering), multi-access protocols, wireless network architectures, and mobile applications development.
