An outer bound on the MIMO BC with evolving current CSIT and perfect delayed CSIT

We derive a DoF outer bound for the two-user multiple-input multiple-output broadcast channel (MIMO BC) with goodquality delayed channel state information at the transmitter (perfect quality delayed CSIT), and with current CSIT of evolving quality (evolving current CSIT).
