Xiwen JIANG is currently a PhD student at Eurecom under the supervision of Assistant Professor Florian Kaltenberger. He is working on the topic of Massive MIMO, a very attractive new technology for future wireless communications.
He received his Bachelor's degree from Xidian University, Xi'an, China in 2009 and the double degree of General Engineer and Master of Research in Telecommunications from Télécom Bretagne, Brest, France in 2013.
He has worked as a technical engineer for SIRADEL, an engineering company coming from the radio simulation, editor of accurate 3D geographic data and of visualization and multi-markets 3D real time decision solution. He had the responsibility to develop the product presale for Chinese telecommunications equipment vendors and wireless carriers.
