Biography
Education
- Matteo Dell'Amico received a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Genoa (Italy) in 2004.
- From 2005, he worked as a Ph.D. student in the University of Genoa under the supervision of Professor Giovanni Chiola, studying social networks and reputation measures as means to obtain cooperative behavior in P2P networks.
- In 2007, Matteo worked at University College London with Dr. Licia Capra, focusing on the use of social networks as means to obtain better accuracy and security in Collaborative Filtering systems. In 2008, he obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Genoa.
- Since November 2008 he is a Research Engineer at EURECOM, working under the supervision of Prof. Yves Roudier.
- He is involved in the SPREADS project on P2P storage and backup, which is sponsored by the French Research Agency.
